CreatorVox — Beta
Effective from 18 May 2026
See also Beta Privacy Policy.
This document applies during the beta period only. Public-launch terms will replace this document at general availability.
CreatorVox is an early-access product. The terms below are deliberately short and focused on what matters during a private beta. They are written by the founder, not by lawyers, and are intended to set fair expectations between us while the product is still being built.
1. Who you’re using
CreatorVox is currently operated by Abhishek Bansal, an individual founder based at TDI City, Sonipat, Haryana 131028, India. There is no incorporated entity behind CreatorVox at this time. A private limited company will be incorporated before public launch, at which point the terms will be updated and re-presented to you for acceptance.

2. What you can expect from the beta
During the beta, you will get free access to CreatorVox. There is no payment, no trial expiration, and no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
In exchange, you accept that:
The app is in active development. Features will change, sometimes without notice.
Bugs are likely. Some bugs may cause data to behave unexpectedly. Keep your own records of important deals separately during the beta period.
Downtime will happen. The app may be unavailable while we deploy fixes or upgrades.
We may ask for your feedback — what’s working, what isn’t, what you wish existed. Participation is voluntary, but it’s the reason you have early access.
3. What we expect from you
You are 18 years or older.
You are a content creator based in India using the app for your own creator business.
You use the app honestly — real deals, real brands, real invoices. Don’t generate fraudulent invoices or use the app for tax evasion or any other illegal purpose.
Don’t share your account credentials with others. Each beta seat is for one person.
Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
4. Your data during beta
We collect only what’s needed to make the app work for you. The full details of what we collect and how we use it are in the CreatorVox Beta Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
During the beta, we will not:
Sell your data to anyone.
Share your individual deal or financial data with other CreatorVox users.
Use your data to train AI models. (Public-launch versions may use aggregated, anonymised brand-payment data for trust ratings — we’ll ask for fresh consent before any such feature ships.)
If you decide to leave the beta, you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@creatorvox.app. We will action the request within 14 days. Some operational logs and backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion before being purged.
5. The app is not a tax advisor or a bank
CreatorVox helps you track deals, generate invoices, and record payments. It does not provide tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice. The TDS calculations, GST splits, and tax-export features are based on the information you enter and on general rules; they are informational only.
You are responsible for verifying every invoice, every tax calculation, and every record before relying on them for filings, contracts, or payments. We strongly recommend reviewing important outputs with a chartered accountant. CreatorVox does not validate GSTIN numbers, verify brand identities, or guarantee that any feature meets your specific compliance needs.
CreatorVox does not process payments. We don’t move money between you and brands. When you mark a deal as paid in the app, that’s a record of something that happened outside the app.
6. Brand and payment data — shared directory
Brand information you add to the app (brand name, GSTIN, address, payment terms) is stored in a shared directory across all CreatorVox users. This is so that when another creator works with the same brand, they get useful autocomplete and, eventually, anonymised information about that brand’s payment behaviour.
Your individual deals, contract terms, rates, and personal communications are NOT shared. Only brand-identity fields and aggregated payment-timeliness statistics are pooled.
By using CreatorVox, you agree that brand-identity data you provide may be used to build this shared directory. You can email us if you object to a specific brand entry being included.
7. Limits on what we owe you
CreatorVox is provided as-is during the beta. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the beta — including but not limited to lost income, missed reminders, incorrect tax calculations, brand disputes, or platform downtime.
Because you are paying nothing for the beta and we are explicit about its experimental nature, our maximum total liability to you for anything connected to the beta is INR 1,000. This is the standard formulation for a free beta product and is not a measure of how much we care about your experience.
This limit does not apply to anything that, by Indian law, cannot be limited by contract — for example, our obligations under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or any deliberate breach by us of these terms.
8. We can end your beta access
We can suspend or end your beta access at any time, for any reason, including if we discover misuse, if we change direction, or if we end the beta entirely. We’ll try to give notice, but during a beta we don’t always have to.
You can stop using the app whenever you want. Just stop opening it, or email us to delete your account.
9. After the beta
When CreatorVox launches publicly, the terms of use will be replaced with a longer, fuller version that reflects the incorporated entity, paid pricing, and refund/cancellation policies. You will be asked to accept the new terms before continuing to use the app.
The pricing approach is currently planned as: a free tier with limited use (10 deals lifetime), then ₹499/month or ₹3,999/year for full access. New users who sign up after public launch will get 3 months of full access free before choosing a paid plan. Final details will be published at creatorvox.app/pricing.
Named beta participants will receive lifetime free access to CreatorVox as a thank-you for helping build the product. This is a commitment of intent for those beta seats, not a contractual guarantee for users who join after the beta cohort is closed.
10. Governing law
These beta terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the beta will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sonipat, Haryana, India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these beta terms during the beta period. If changes are material, we’ll notify you over email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. If you don’t accept, you can stop using the beta and request deletion.
