Delete Your Account

1. How to request account deletion

Send an email to support@creatorvox.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number registered to your account.

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

2. What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove: your profile (name, phone number, Instagram handle); all deals, payments, and invoices you created; all brand and contact records; your financial details (PAN, GSTIN, bank account, UPI ID); any Form 16A documents you uploaded.

This deletion is irreversible. Export any data you need before submitting a request.

3. Data retention after deletion

Your data is removed from active systems within 30 days of your request. Encrypted backup copies are purged within 90 days. After that, no identifiable data is retained.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties at any point.
